Yesterday was a long day -- with three different buyers in all sectors of the Denver metro area, BUT the weather was in the 70's, blue skies and BEAUTIFUL!
From Littleton, showed a home in Roxborough Park which is a gated community with a beautiful golf course.
Then there were the "neighbors" all over the place -
Was very excited yesterday looking at the New Listings versus what had gone Pending! For the first day since January, we had more new listings than pending. 1611 new listings and only 1514 went pending. Early this year we were seeing 500 new listings each week, and 1500 going pending. Looks like maybe the buyers will finally not have to compete as hard!
On a final note - Aspen had a small earthquake last night! We don't usually hear about these tremors in Colorado!
