New REO Director for SellState Real Estate!!

By
Real Estate Agent with Altera Real Estate

That's right!! I am the new REO Director for SellState Real Estate. I have created a team of agents who I think are FABULOUS!! They are motivated, eager go getters! My AM's are excited to send me more biz now that I can handle more volume!! So watch out Orange County, CA cause I am about to get this show started and you better not blink cause you will miss us taking over!

Watch out for my SellState signs coming to a neighborhood near you!! ;) When i first got into RE my number 1 career goal was to own my own RE/MAX. SellState has much more to offer not only a franchisee but to it's agents as well. Can your broker subsidize your income?? If they can then Congrats! If not and biz has been slow then call me and i can explain in more detail. I was happy with my previous Broker and I had been offered similar positions with other companies but I choose SellState.  Why??? Good question.  I believe each company out there right now has something to attract us to their company. Maybe the name recognition, maybe commission split, Low E&O what ever it might be....SellState has a complete package from high pay outs, low E&O, retirement incentives, and income subsidizing in a down market. Now I did mention I was hired as a REO Director not a recruiter, right?? Cause I was given the opportunity to not only increase my business but help in increasing my REO business. I was comfortable doing my 2 REO's a month. i felt like that was enough to service and maintain. i was giving up business. For what??? Now I not only have the help of a GREAT team but I am projecting selling at least triple my current business.

So the whole point of my Blog is that I am excited and I am stoked that AR has helped me to meet well qualified agents to create a REO powerhouse team!! YAY AR!! You pulled thru yet again!!

What am I going to do next?? I am going to Disneyland!

Hi Stacie,

I am an REO listing agent way up here in Ventura County. I am currently working for four asset management Companies that have given me listings so far this year. Since we are not close to one another geographically we are not really in direct competition with one another. So here comes my proposal:

  • Why don't we make contact via email, outside of this blog and we can exchange asset managers contact information.
  • I will give you the name, phone number, and email address of all of my contacts.
  • You can give me the same information about your contacts.
  • Who knows, some names may be on both our lists.
  • After that we're on our own as far as marketing and making contact.
  • This exchange could increase our business as my asset managers will only give me property assignments within 20 miles of my office, and I'm sure your situation is similar.

Just a thought, I mean what are we all doing here (active-rain) if we're not working to increase our business.

Thanks
