Bend Oregon is considered a very dog friendly town and I see many businesses catering to dogs. And I do see people putting their pet's needs as an extremely part of their home buying experience.

I just had a client decide against making an offer due to the fact their pet would not go to the bathroom on gravel (???) and that would have been the only place for her. I just yesterday made an extra trip to Home Depot because did not want to crowd my girl with a 4X8 sheet of wood. Yes they do tend to make decisions for us. Mark
