You are soooo right ! This is a market segment that usually is not touched by the pendulum of market conditions...it still demands a "priced right" and  sure helps to stage right but if those are the givens...it will sell right !

I've noticed that the luxury home buyer is much pickier about details than the average home buyer.  Great post, and I agree 100%.  High end homes are definitely a great niche to mine!
