Homeowners trashing their homes when the bank is repossessing them is no new thing. I will have to admit though that after watching this video of a home owner, destroying his property, I am just shaking my head at the things people will do when the issue is their fault to start with!

I suppose I am just a rebel in thinking that people should take responsibility for their actions. While I do know that prior to the real estate bubble bursting, there was a lot of shady dealing and bad loans made, but people still had to sign off on them. It really isn't the bank's fault if they bought more home than they can afford.

The up side, of course, is for guys like me that fix homes. The amount of damage a disgruntled homeowner can do to a property in just a few days, can take us weeks to put back together!

Makes you wonder if they were vandals when they were younger.

It is a shame that some people have these aggressive tantrums and I believe it does show their true character.

While it is true that homeowners signed off on these loans and the majority knew what they were getting into, please don't let the banks off the hook..."It really isn't the bank's fault if they bought more home than they can afford"   Who do you think allowed these types of loans to be offered/approved?

Anyway, glad you're getting the extra work!

This is what would be considered job security for you.  What a shame people stoop to this level of distruction.

Howdy Chris

Most folk's when facing this. Want to put the blame on someone or something else.

I also feel some of them, are so upset they really don't know what they are doing at the time.

The video was interesting.

God Bless The U.S.A.
