Romans 12:9-10
“Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.”
Gods daily renewal is there for us because of his deep love for us. As we experience this love we are more able to share this love with those around us. Even in tying times we can cling to what is good, and we look at the appearance of evil as undeveloped good. With this strong love we can continue to receive grace and show grace to others.
We see needs in the world and we design in our lives ways to fill the gap, to give where is needed, to help encourage and uplift others so they can come up out of any situations of hopelessness. God’s love works in us so we can be honest and direct with people where needed, but yet compassionate with our encouragement so that they feel the tug of Christ on their heart calling them back to him.
We have our own needs to look after, but as we walk in faith we have a purpose that helps us balance taking care of ourselves with filling needs in the world. A purpose helps us know there is a bigger picture and an impact that we can make in the world. We know that as we walk in the promises of God with a focus on filling needs in the world and making it a better place, our needs will be taken care of in abundance as well!
LORD THANK YOU THAT AS I SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN THAT ALL THE THINGS THAT I USED TO WORRY ABOUT DO COME TO ME, SO THAT I CAN FOCUS ON YOUR PROMISES AND MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE!
