I am not a big fan of FACEBOOK BUT I will say there is business to be had and new friends to make.  As a matter of fact, there is lots and lots of information available.   Last night a former associate asked me for a referral in Miami who handles rentals. 

My apprentice is on vacation and they are looking now.  If you service Miami and you are willing to do a rental, email me at midorimiller@yahoo.com. 

I have to take good care of this young lady..she was my right hand for a few years!  And if ever you question is facebook just for fun.  I don't think so.  I think business is being conducted there regularly! And what about you, are you a fan of facebook?

I really am getting tired of so many friend requests on FB. I accept if they are activerain, remax or keller williams, but people I dont' know I just ignore. It is too much, IMO.

I spendso much time just checking all of my profiles. Facebook, Myspace, Active rain.... It does get your name and info out but keeping up with it all is job in itself.

 Hi Midori, like you I stayed away form FB for a long time, Ididn't need another thing to suck away my time. I gave in a couple of months ago after getting more and more invites from Rainers. It's actually been good for biz but I try to miniamlize the stupid stuff and warned my friends that I just use it for biz, so far so good.
