I came across you contact information as a result of a search looking for a DSCR loan, I wasn’t sure if you do them? You wrote a blog about investor cash flow loans, which I believe are the same thing. Do you do mortgages in NH and VT?
I own a 4 family which I purchased a number of years ago. This one happens to be in NH, the property has no mortgage and I estimate the value at $280,000.
I used to do business with a local bank, but I guess I have reached my borrowing limit with them, so it is time for me to look elsewhere, that is how I got to you.

DSRC loans are also known as investor cash flow loans. These are for residential properties 1-4 family homes. Basically the cash flow of the property needs to cover the principal, interest, taxes and insurance, if it does, good chances the borrower can get a mortgage. No other income is required and no tax returns.
