So, about a third of listed single family homes have sold in the past six months.

And, the biggest selling range is the four bedroom homes. Notice that prices have dropped by $7,000 in this category. Based upon the Case-Shiller housing monthly housing report, prices have dropped in all the top 20 metropolitan areas.

Buyers with money (either 10% down payment or greater) can pick and choose from a wide selection. And, most sellers will do what they can to help close the sale. In other words, reality is the new word of the year.
