New Home Sales

Good news today. New home sales came in as expected. Hey, we are not down for the month. We are pulling ourselves out of this hole that we find ourselves in. I have been seeing more action on the phones and closings. I am getting some great attention for my website.

I was on the new show today for the Mad Mortgage Machine. I will be back on this evening at 5ish on WIMS-am 1420 and the weekly show will hit this weekend. I am headed out to some local Realtor shops in the area to drop off some great information. A special interview with Mike Ferry if you are in the area and would like a copy let me know. Supplies are very limited.

Looks like the Fed is going to hold rates steady for a little while longer and that had no affect on the bond market today. We are down a little after our move upwards yesterday.

Keep your chin up, man, this is going to be great day.

Dave, sounds like you are on the right track! That video was good. I have a couple of questions though...

How often do you do them?
Do you also make this a podcast?
Do you syndicate it, and how?

Stephen - I try to do a video once a week. I am going to be on the air about 4 times a week.

They make them into a podcast for me, I am still learning. I have a computer guy that helps me as well
