I met a young man yesterday who is doing something called The Master Cleanse. Having never heard of it, I asked that he explain it to me. When I lived in Germany we did a cleanse twice a year that involved drinking saltwater on an empty stomach a couple of times a day - and drinking pepperment tea or water for a week. Nothing else - It worked - You felt great after the first few days.
This Master Cleanse sounds healthier since you are drinking pure lemon juice (2 Tablespoons) together with 2 tablespoons of grade B organic maple syrum and 1/10 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper in a glass of distilled or spring water. Tap water is not allowed since it has fluoride in it.
You drink 10-12 servings of this per day and can drink additional water but nothing else - for anywhere from 10 days to 45 days!!! This guy is just completing week 2 and has done the 45 days before. He says he feels great!!!!! He starts his day with a glass of room temperature saltwater on an empty stomach to help with elimination. He ends his day with a glass of senna tea. In between he has his lemon-water mixture described above.
Have any of you tried this one??? I think I am going to give it a shot! It is supposed to Detox your body and after those lab results, perhaps this will be a good thing to try!!!!
