This past client called and said her brother needs a home close to his sisters, and we started looking at homes online. When you start a search on a Monday, you are going to run into many homeowners reviewing offers and going pending. This past weekend finally there were some homes to look at and found the right home for him!
The inspection was completed yesterday and probably was the cleanest home I have seen in quite a while. The Seller has a lot of stuff and has to pack by herself, so we have a longer than normal closing, but that is OK.
The Buyer looks forward to calling this home HIS HOME in early June.
Stroh Ranch is a desirable neighborhood, as there is a community center, community pool, tennis courts, and many trails throughout the area.
