There are many great places to live in Jacksonville Florida even though Houses for sale are currently short in supply. However, This house we just listed in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, one of the hottest areas for home buyers. This house could use a little TLC although mostly cosmetic. Personally I would just have the hardwood floors on the first floor redone, personalize the interior paint colors and move right in.
