I wish I had more interesting things to talk about, but so far, Real Estate in Mathews, Va hasn't been very fair to me, and as it seems, to other seasoned agents as well.

I want to specialize and focus on First Time Home Buyers and in properties under $350,000, which, amazingly enough, are the largest chunk of the listings in Mathews. It is nearly impossible to find a good house arond here for under $100,000 though. But once you go over $129,000, things start to look up and you might be able to find what you are looking for and it should fit your budget as well.

Waterfront homes in Mathews, VA start at $195,000, which is a PreFab/Mobile Home in Horn Harbor, and from there on the cheapest waterfront property in Mathews you might find should be over $300,000. I also cover the Middle Pensinsula and Northern Neck, which include Middlesex County, Gloucester County and Mathews County.
