Sometimes you hear something you heard all that many times before, and yet it strikes you a whole new way. This time it grabs you. This time it stimulates your adrenaline. It makes an energy surge within you.
I had such a moment today when I was catching a video on a piece of software. The software helps sales people reach new customers. As he was addressing how some people get discouraged he said something that really caught me this time. Actually, he said 2 things:
“I eat rejection for breakfast”
and
“Rejection is the fuel that feeds my family”
If every person told us yes, they would pay us minimum wage. What we really get paid for is rejection. I already know a couple of powerful people here on A R that I am sure will agree and just eat that up.
