I need a Good Loan Officer

Hello AR community,

I have posted here for a few weeks now and have seen some very good posts. Now I am posting here to request for a few good LOAN OFFICERS now here are the requirements that I am looking for:

Must give me a straight answer (you will not lose my business if you say NO to a client)
Must have experience with FHA ( believe me I will know I was a previous L.O)
Must have great customer service
Must be internet/e-mail savy
Must answer calls/e-mails on a timely matter( Seems like I have to chase down some L.Os)
Can work as a TEAM with other team members in my team
Has a great follow up system with our clients ( we get about 20-30 buyer calls per day)

It is important to appreciate us REALTORS and make sure that you know that we are a great source of your income. If you can help us let me know

Hi Patricia! I am in Greensboro, NC but have been working with a Countrywide lender named Brandy Barnes. Her number is (336) 508-8877. Countrywide can work nationally and she just closed an FHA product for me in 13 days with low credit and only 2% closing costs. Call her and see if she can help you! She is the ONLY lender I have ever worked with that will CALL you immediately. She is a STRAIGHT shooter, and all my clients love her. They refer back to her and I, and we have closed at least 6-7 in the past 9 months together. I wish you luck.

Pedro, I would love to help but I am in Tennessee. If you need anything this way give me a call. You listed all the requirements I like to find in a Realtor.
