Nice looking house. Are the mineral rights included? We have that question asked all the time when there is an acre or two.

Beautiful home, I like the brick columns and the porch. Mineral rights are not something we would ask about in our neck of the woods. Is it common in AR? Learn something new every day. Good luck with the sale.
