Utah is Growing Fast!

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Utah has become the fastest growing state by percentage of population in the nation. The state is seen as economically healthy, business friendly with a small town feel that attracts people from other areas.

Because of supply and demand, home buyers moving into the area are currently facing a difficult housing market. It's important to search for new ways to reach this segment of the population because now is still the best time to buy real estate!

The average median price in Utah for all housing types is now over $400,000, according to the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute. An average number for single-family detached homes is $450,000. In March 2021, the average sales price in Washington County was $533,197 with 7 cumulative days on market.

So, Utah is growing up fast and fellow agents, this is an opportunity to also grow your business. Here WE GO!
