Craig Proctor's Quantam Leap System - Is it worth it?

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Home Team Realty

I recently came across Craig Proctor's real estate system online and requested more information on it. I received the info and it looks like it is a great program. However it is expensive and I just wanted to know if anyone out there has tried it or knows someone who has and what the results were like. Obviously, results vary dependiong on motivation levels, but I would just like some basic info on what other agents think about this system. Thanks.

I have been on Craig Proctor's mailing list for quite a long time.  I want to listen to his teleconferences but timing is usually an issue.  I would try some of his ads first and see what the effectiveness of them are in your area.

My mom always said (and she stole the line from somebody- I think it was Arthur Godfrey)   "For free take, for buy waste time!"

I'vw looked at Craig proctors system for quite a few days and read all I had to read about it.  Decided that not only it is very expensive, but to the majority of people who tried it, it was not a success like his marketing states.  In the beginning I was ready to purchase his system because it looked promising.  Luckily I ran into tons of blogs about Craig proctors system and nothing but negative feedback. The best part of all, he has people reading and answering to this blogs with a counter response to all the negative feedback.  If his system is truly unique and great, why would he try to defend it so hard from unhappy customers?  In all the comments, not one was happy about purchasing and using the system.  Look, you can use the same website as he does from a third party webdesigner he uses, without purchasing his system, I believe.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are some out there who are succesful with Proctor's system.  But ask yourself a question, are you willing to invest thousands of $$$ just to see if it works?  because he does not guarantees his system.  Google his name and you will find all the comments from his past clients.  Make your best decision from there...

Much of what he preaches is not allowed in my market.  Unbranded websites and unbranded ads as examples.  In Ontario, Canada (the same province that Craig sells in) we are required to include our name, title, brokerage, contact details.

The sign riders he says to use; again not allowed as it is the Brokerage's listing not the salesperson. So, unless the entire brokerage is using his system, the riders are not allowed.

I used his website when I began but didn't fall for the coaching malarky, etc.  Thank goodness!!

Be careful in looking for the instant, magic cure.  There is a successful system and that is work your business!
