Los Angeles County, California Homes Sales & Values Report March 2021

On April 16, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported homes values up 0.6% to an average price of $668,220 in March of 2021 from an average price of $664,120 in February of 2021, and rose 17.7% from $567,910 in March of 2020. While homes sales jumped 34.3% in March of 2021 from February of 2021, and increased 26.2% from March of 2020 in Los Angeles County, California.

There were 1.7months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2021, lower from 2.1 months in February of 2021, and decreased from 2.6 months in March of 2020. 

An average it took 8.0 days to sell a home in March 2021, down from 10.0 days in February of 2021, and dropped from 15.0 days in March of 2020 in Los Angeles County, California.
