The Guru Nanak Foundation of America provides the distribution of free groceries every Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 12917 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904.

No ID is required.

This is a Montgomery County Food Council announcement.
