Sorry, I presume they don't yet ask you if you want water at dinner yet where you go to dinner. Heck some places here ask do you want a refill before just doing it. The earthquake won't be the cause of CA drifting to sea, just the drought. No more shake and row just a parched throat. I know, doomsday and over the top.
