West Landing is a wonderful development in desirable West Sanford. West Landing is a fairly new development with the first homes built in the mid 1990s, and lots still being developed. Lot sizes range from just over 0.4 acres to over an acre with the average lot being around 1/2 acre. There are approximately 200 home sites within West Landing. An approximately 4 acre lake is available for use by residents.
