We have thought many times about selling our home.  I know it will bring top dollar, the trouble is, finding one to replace it

You make excellent points in this post, Margaret.  I especially like what you say about "Someone looking for another listing."  There are agents who are more interested in putting cans on the shelf, than providing professional service to their clients.

First of all, Happy Mother's Day to you.  This is exactly the kind of information we should be sharing. There aar too many listings out there with the obvious goal to snag multiple offers and waive any and all contingencies. 

Margaret in my end of the business sometimes borrowers do not understand we are on the same team.  When that happens those transactions are normally very rocky.
