Just out of curiosity, what are the taxes on a property in that price range?

it's amazing how great homes you can buy in texas if you compare other states, prices are higher, that's what I love from Texas, great price, nice homes and great realtors ! :)

Margaret, the 2007 taxes on this property ran around $3,340.

Prices like these in this day and age... it's a real head scratcher. If I had pretended to have e.s.p. a couple years ago and told people what they'd be paying in 2008 people would think I were nutty. It's amazing how much psychology is going on in the market right now. People should be chasing to be first in line to own at these prices.
