"...it doesnt sound as stupid as it does in my head!"

I am proud of myself. I actually had a decent conversation with an investor without fumbling over my words or saying "uhhhh....." like 5 times in one sentence. I dreaded my first call but it actually wasnt that hard. I prepared myself before hand by writing the questions I wanted to ask and answering any questions I thought the investor or buyer would ask me. I thought I was loosing it. It made sense after all. I realized it doesnt sound as stupid as it does in my head! feel good. Im excited. Real Estate is what I want to do!
