No property developer has grown as quickly as Emaar has in the Dubai property market.  As the flagship developer on the Dubai property market, Emaar has quickly grown and established itself as a first rate global developer, helped along by key partnerships with other developers and the acquisition of other popular real estate companies such as Hamptons.  A recent  Dubai Property Group (DPG) meeting has revealed that Emaar with start to invest more heavily in overseas projects, both within the Middle East and beyond.

Emaar has extended into new and exciting projects both within the UAE and elsewhere.  A new project within Dubailand is planned in association with Bawadi, part of Tatweer, as well as the development of Umm Al Quwain Marina, after the huge success of Dubai Marina.  With other projects in the pipeline across countries such as Egypt and Lebanon, Emaar has branched out across the world, and has announced that 60-70% of revenues will come from overseas projects by 2010.  With total projects valued at more than $100 billion, Emaar is already one of the largest developers in the world in a short space of time and right up there in the leading pack for Dubai real estate projects.
