It is my understanding that about 23 states also have utility de-regulation before their legislators now...  Several are de-regulating both electricity and gas...  I have been told that we can sign up people from ALL states as soon as they are de-regulated and anyone in these de-regulated states can be your customer, too -- to join the business, it is not required that your state be de-regulated yet...
