I am often fascinated by the various colors that Hummingbirds have. I've seen metalic green, metallic purple, and just plain brown ones. I don't believe I've ever seen a black one though.

Sunday was so beautiful out that I just sat there for an hour watching them, early. So many of them! I'm going to work to get closer to get better photos of them :)

Isn't it great Will Hamm ?! I haven't had this feeder long, maybe 2 weeks so I'm working on getting closer to the feeder as they get used to me. It's going to be warmer very soon, so we'll see how early I go out to catch them! Have a great rest of your week!

Oh beautiful, Jan! We have a couple of hummingbird feeders and last night we had guests over who brought us a gorgeous glass one as a hostess gift. I can't wait to fill it and take it down to the dock to watch from there (the others are up by my porch)!
