Who says that Columbia SC Real Estate listings can't be sold in this market? Not me. I still love working with listings.

So what's the deal? Friday, my client accepted an offer on my listing at 107 Dawson Pond in Columbia SC Real Estate. After several counteroffers, we had the deal accepted at full market value! Just a short amount of time to get the closing paper work together, and my client will be sitting enjoying what he makes on this property.

 

So that leads me to an idea. As you remember, I spoke about Overpricing your Columbia SC Real Estate Home the other day. In this market, you must price your Columbia SC Real Estate correctly.
