On May 17, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values down 1.7% to an average price of $405,000 in April of 2021 from an average price of $412,000 in March of 2021, but gained 24.6% from $565,170 in April of 2010. While, homes sales declined 3.4% in April of 2021 from March of 2021, but jumped 38.8% from April of 2020 in San Bernardino County, California.
There were 2.8 months supplies of available inventory of homes in April of 2021, higher from 1.7 months in March of 2021, but dropped from 3.9 months in April of 2020 in San Bernardino County, California.
It took 8.0 days to sell a home in April 2021, lower from 9.0 days in March of 2021, and fell from 24.0 days in April of 2020 in San Bernardino County, California.
