The sellers are getting worried about the bank requiring work on the house up front or other issues arising because of the FHA mortgage. What can you tell me about this? We've verbally agreed to the house being sold in its current condition so they have not been anticipating work needed in order to move ahead with the sale. Besides a buyer wanting to do renovations to the home being purchased, the 203K can also handles the repairs that are wanted, but will also address issue that show up during the home inspection and appraisal.
When buyer and seller are on the same page, the FHA 203K is great solution.
