Joe, I really believe there will be a flood of foreclosures to hit the market since the moratoriums on evictions lifts come June 30th.

Mike, I'm not so sure. Most banks are pushing deadline to end of year and gov't thinking about doing same.

I agree with you, Joe. Home prices are moving "devastatingly" higher. I can't imagine things will improve until builders begin to build again. However, the cost of lumber and other building materials hinder that ability.
