I don't scream

By
Real Estate Agent with Realty One Group # S.0190863

I knew a person who had very little control of their temper. They felt it was a way for them to be respected and heard. Instead, it was a way for folks to tune him out and avoid him and completely block him out altogether.

When one uses yelling and anger to make their point, they may be doing themselves far more harm than good.

I also used to know a guy that in key closing situations, he would whisper. Funny thing is, he had a huge success ratio.

I like the closing drop of the voice, brings the client in closer. Raising our voice never acheives what we want.

Hi Rocky- sometimes we are so involved and energized we scream or shout. However I've found that when you scream or raise your voice, your message gets lost and instead the focus is on the fact that you're yelling.

Morning Rocky.

When one raises their voice, they have lost before they finish.

Hi Rocky... I'm not known for raising my voice and anyone who has ever worked for me knows that the quieter I get the angrier I am.

Rocky I don't yell, but I do talk loud enough to be heard and make my point.
