This is more common now than ever before. n People got spoiled not having to work in the past.
To some agents W-O-R-K is a four letter word. So is L-A-Z-Y.....
I like it when some agents take the summer makes my job easier to know who is dedicated to work or taking the summer off
Summers are the best time call it the reason for the season people are moving, relocating Get out there!
I see that in our area all the time.. partially due to being in a resort area, and partially due to the kids being out of school. I would imagine that the misconception in your are is that DC is quiet in the summer months?
either way it is a self fulfilling prophesy... if you think it will be slow and dont work.. it will be slow!
We have nice cool summers and I haven't noticed agents taking off in droves. November and December finds alot more who've stopped working.
I feel a new blog post coming on...... Thanks for the inspriation!
I wish those "Realtors" and I use the term loosely - never wake up from their Hibernation and go back to working for the Government.
