On a warm June day I scanned the MLS and found a new REO listing in Fullerton. The address was familar the photo showed the abandoned lawnless home asking price 329,000.00. I really was shocked at how my own views have changed in four years about the real estate market. In 2004 the fast paced market made the average investor look like a Donald Trump. I out bid another buyer paying 350,000.00 taking 30 days to fix it up with carpet and paint then sold it for 422,000.00 to another flipper.
Here is how it looked when I put in back on the market to sell. Funny thing is the guy who bought it from me has lost it, and it's now BACK ON the market again. Here is how it looks now, and it's priced at $324,000 !
wow !!

NOW ON A LIGHTER SIDE
This is a pretty funny clip to watch about the "Flippin' Market
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JY9dnVy9YnY
Here's some pretty sweet deals I found to flip, and they only need minor repairs ~
this one just needs a new garage,
just a new porch for this one,

ok, this one needs alittle more like paint and yard work.
another one in need of a porch and a little paint,
and this one is suppose to be haunted, noboby believes in ghost anyways.
So if anybody is interested in "Flippin one of these baby's, let me know !!!
I agree about views changing! Homes that I personally once looked at as unobtainable now look like dumps!!! Homes that commanded high prices are now being examined minutely for every single flaw. Interesting times:)
