I have been a agent for 6 months now. I have several listings but no showings so my sellers are getting upset, I can't seem to find a qualified buyer, I sent out 400 newsletters a month and advertise. Any suggestions on what I can do different or what I could do to help my business. I am also a new member of active rain so any advise would be appreciated.
