How many have found that using a smartphone like Blackberry, Palm,Iphone or any of the others have saved you time and helped with productivity. I am seriously thinking about getting one but was looking for some feedback from people in the same business.
I have the Palm Treo. I love it, but do not use it for internet. I have a Sprint Card and a laptop. I find it much more productive, than trying to work with the small screen on my phone.
At the recommendation of another agent in my office who has one, I chose the T-Mobile Wing and I love it. Good phone quality, full QWERTY slide out keyboard and touch screen at a reasonable price for the phone and the service. And T-Mobile has WONDERFUL customer service as well.
I have one and actually it is my second one. The first was a windows op system and it never worked right with the supra system. I now have the palm system and email and everything and I LOVE it!
Hope this helps,
Marie
Thanks to the responses, yep I am just looking for some un biased opinions !
Tim - I bought a Palm Treo about a year ago and like Randy said, didn't like working with the small screen to use the internet as well. I also didn't like using it as a regular phone because it was so big and difficult to hold to my ear when answering it without a bluetooth. I ended up giving it back to Sprint and begging for my regular cell phone back.
Maybe I'll try the Sprint Card w/ laptop like Randy mentioned.

Thanks for the response.. I have a laptop with a Verizon card and I use that all the time. I think your probably right, working with a small screen might be hard to do also.. But they just seem like they would be so handy. lol I ilke gadgets !!
I have the IPhone and I find it very handy and it has saved me lots of time and travel, probably made me some extra money too. The downside is there are not enough ATT towers in our area and I get a lot of dropped calls. Overall, they are worth the money.
