He really knows his stuff. What I like the most is that he told you what he knew and then gave you places to go and check to see if he was telling you the truth. Custodial IRAs sound pretty good, but unless you are making a good rate on your returns, their fees can eat into your earnings pretty quickly.

Thank you for the kind words and I really appreciate our talk, I have already told a couple clients of your book that invest in private mortgages and they are excited to get more knowledge. Please feel free to give me a call and I am very passionate about getting information to everyone and giving everyone their TRUE options to invest in not only stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, but also non traditonal investments like real estate and foreign real estate and private lending, tax liens, deeds, notes, etc. It is very exciting when you start getting into investing and knowing your options is key.
