So, last year, I got a SMART thermostat. I love how you can program the times and it will do it’s thing. I can even access from my smartphone and change any settings or simply monitor from thousands of miles away.
But I did notice something odd. I would set it to have the AC go on at a certain time and instead it would go on at some random time an hour or two ahead.
Finally, I realized it is a SMART thermostat – not a dumb human. So when I say I want 68 degrees at 10:30pm, it doesn’t turn on at 10:30. Instead it mat turn on at 8:30 so that it will BE 68 degrees by the time 10:30 comes around.
If only our agents could do the same. What if they could realize that to get 40 closings by year’s end, the time to start “turning up the heat” is January 1st, not August 15th.
Does Amazon happen to carry SMART agents in stock?
