Still in the game

Well, it is almost the end of June and things are still grinding, albeit slowly along here in Brunswick County. We have seen little up tick in sales but we have seen interest in properties by our many vacationers. It is definitely time to buy! Inventory is high and sellers are MOTIVATED! We have seen a few foreclosures and some pre-foreclosures but nothing compared to many markets. I would love to hear from some others out there in coastal communities!
