Proverbs 16:24
“Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.”
I hear far too often people going around saying things like “I am tired” or “I am old” or “I have had this ache and pain for years”… What you can begin to realize is that you can also go around and say I AM STRONG. I FEEL STRONGER AND BETTER EVERY DAY. I HAVE ENERGY.
This is not the first time you have heard about the power of your tongue. You can use it to improve your health! You can use it to encourage your own mindset and energy about eating healthy and exercising. You can speak healing into your aches, pains and illness and truly you can do the same for others as well!
Make your words sweetness to your soul and to the souls of those around you! Use your self talk for good! Speak to inspire, encourage, and uplift you into taking the actions you know you need to take to live your fullest and best life!
