While volume remains well off last years figures (pre-mortgage debacle) at this time of year, prices remain solid (on average).   The sales trend reflect a 'normal' Spring/Summer sales pattern.

Excellent graph.  Some friends just moved from Novato to Petaluma.  I think they're under the impression that prices are dropping!  I'll have to get them informed.  Thanks for the post.

There's no doubt that the lower end market has suffered some, as has the markets as you travel North from the city.  Petaluma's chart may not look quite so healthy.
