On June 16, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the single family homes values up 0.5% to the price of $818,260 in May of 2021 from price of $814,010 in April of 2021, and rose 39.1% from price of $588,070 in May of 2020 in California.
There were 445,660 single family homes sold in California in May of 2021 declined 2.7% from 458,170 in April of 2021, but jumped 86.7% from 238,740 home sales in May of 2020.
The average price for a square foot was $387.00 in May of 2021 increased from $281.00 in May of 2010 in California.
There were 1.8 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in May of 2021, higher from 1.6 months in April of 2021, but dropped from 4.3 months in May of 2020.
An average it took 7.0 days to sell a single family home in May 2021, unchanged from 7.0 days in April of 2021, but decreased from 17.0 days in May of 2020 in California.
