Market Report Jacksonville NC

Jacksonville, North Carolina is home to Camp LeJeune Marine Base, New River Air Station and the Naval Hospital at Camp LeJeune.

Many families relocate to Jacksonville throughout the year from many different parts of the country.

Cynthia - I didn't realize (or remember) your average price was as high was it is. What's your average new construction running per sq/ft.?

Looks like your DOM is not too bad....about like here. I like to see what's up around the country and your report surely keeps us informed!

Hi Cynthia, Whew that is a lot of red, LOL. The new program looks so good. As for the report, the market doesn't look too bad at all. Trends seem to be improving.

Cynthia, From the photos you have shown in the past, Jacksonville, NC looks like a lovely place to live in--and you are certainly the expert there in ALL things relating to the area.

Cynthia... this is some good marketing on yourself and your area. Hope all is going well for you.

Nice market report format - you brought back some memories with that photo - that is what the main gate fence at 29 Palms looks like when there is a homecoming, of course there are no trees :)

Yes, prices took off a couple of years ago and new construction prices are at approx. $125.00/sq. ft.. The builder I work with tells me prices of building materials just continue to rise (tied to fuel, I'm sure). Thanks.
