Have any of you noticed a rapid decline in battery life? No, it’s not the phone or the battery it’s us. If you are like me we are doing more virtual showing than ever before. With this market being so hot and me sitting in The Villages, Florida and 75% of my buyers are somewhere else we have no choice, do a FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp if they like it race home or to your office and write an offer. I noticed my battery dying earlier in the day, what’s up with that? Turns out when we FaceTime, Zoom or go video on WhatsApp it really kicks our battery so we need to be better prepared. In my world when home working I charge, when in my car I charge, when I am in my golf cart I charge, yes, my golf cart has a place to charge a phone, I always have a battery stick or two somewhere close. So, Keep Charging!
Oh, how about AirPods? Are you like me start the day with one in right ear until you hear the signal it’s dying, then put in the left ear and charge the right? Lately I have been changing them 4 times a day!
