Made You Look. . .
Over the years, we have learned about the importance of a post title. And as we know, that is certainly true when it comes to making the best possible first impression.
This is true personally as well as when presenting a property on the market for sale. It’s not bait and switch but there's no real reason to believe its the entire story. A headline doesn’t report everything you may need to know nor does a few photos, a video and a dazzling description "size up" a home. The same is true for any sales call you might receive. You mean, a “promotional pitch” may omit specific stipulations? I digress. . .
Look(and listen - and use any other senses you may have access) carefully but remember the idea is to first capture attention. The rest of the story follows. . . As for proof - isn’t that in the pudding?
