1. Power wash your house,

2. Give your air conditioner a checkup,

3. Spruce up your home’s exterior,

4. Replace or fix up exterior doors,

5. Check on ceiling fans and windows,

6. Keep an eye on the roof and gutters after storms,

This is definitely a good list of tasks for summer maintenance.  I have some bushes that I need to trim back, but it is hot outside, so I am procrastinating it, haha.
