Hi Nina Hollander, Broker - You are always right on point with your posts.  The video is perfect for today.  If you are going to have a mortgage those 3 points fit in today's market. One issue is getting sellers to look at offers other than cash. But great REALTORS (like you) know how to negotiate those non-cash offers.
