The Womens Council of REALTORS St. Augustine Regional Chapter hosted a Technology Seminar yesterday. Lead by a phenomenal National Speaker, Amy Chorew, we learned how network sites (like Active Rain) help in our web search optimization. Amy reviewed two cool programs that I did not know about, and they are free by the way, that will save me time and money in my business.
The first program, Photo Story 3, I have actually used before. I have made a few videos from personal digital photos. What I did not know was that your voice can be added to the "video" and you can easily e-mail the it to prospects, link it to your website, to your network profile pages and to U-Tube. Way Cool!
Cooler yet is Jott. Just dial Jott and it converts your voice into emails, text messages, reminders, lists and appointments, it is amazing! However, before you start downloading your outlook numbers into the free program, make sure your friends and associates accept text messages. One of my first jotts to an associate was not appreciated since they did not have unlimited texting. Oops.
